Yuliia Vysotska, Project Manager
was born and raised in Ukraine. She received her master’s degree in Law from Taras Shevchenko
National University of Kyiv followed by a degree in International Economic Relations. In 2012 she
was awarded the degree Ph.D. in “Civil Law”. Started her career from working in a private company
"Scientific-Production Association "Practika", a manufacturer of armored military vehicles, as well as
developing equipment for personal safety. Currently holds the position of Director of Development and
International Relations. Since 2017 – Director of International Relations of the Public Association
“League of Defence Companies of Ukraine”, which brings together more than 50 private companies of
the military-industrial complex in Ukraine. Since 2018 – Vice President of the All-Ukrainian Charity
Fund "Ukraine-UNESCO", a non-governmental organization which primary goal is to support the
development of education, science, culture and information technologies in Ukraine.
Oksana Tujpa, Project Coordinator
was born and raised in Ukraine. She received her master’s degree in English Philology from Kyiv
National Linguistic University. Currently a Member of the Board and National Coordinator of the
environmental initiative "Let's Do It, Ukraine!", founder of the School of Social Projects, partner of
"Advertising School", partner of recruiting agency “Sniper”, local trainer at JCI (organization of young
entrepreneurs), General Secretary at JCI Kyiv, Rotary District Fundraising Chair 2018-2019
Oksana conducts trainings on: Time-Management, Project Management, Ecological Initiatives,
Recruiting and Job-Search, Fundraising.
DIma Bochkai, Public relations manager

was born and raised in Ukraine. He studies Philosophy at the Kyiv Mohyla Academy and Theology at
the Ukrainian Catholic University. In 2017 took a gap year program at «Ukrainian Leadership
Academy» where he studied liberal arts and leadership. Gained his first work experience as a project
manager at business incubator «Yep», coordinating different startup ideas. Then he got a job as an
event manager assistant at “Euroindex” working with the team on the creation of the project «Cyber
Defence Congress 2K18». Dmytro currently works as a PR-manager at social project «Helper».
